All consultations, reports, strategies, frameworks, and systems are for your internal use only and may not be shared externally without written consent.
100% upfront payment is required for systems, frameworks, and strategy deliverables.
All recommendations provided are advisory in nature. Our role is to guide and support your decisions. Because each business has unique conditions, implementation and results are the client’s responsibility.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultation services: Can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds for completed sessions.
Systems, frameworks, and strategy work: Non-cancellable once started; no refunds as these are custom services.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method
If MYN Consultancy cancels a service, a full refund will be provided for the unused portion.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

MYN Consultancy provides digital services only. No physical shipping or delivery is applicable.
All deliverables (e.g. reports, strategy documents) will be provided electronically via email or secure file sharing.
